“Electric Frog” ✍🏼 by Dan Victor • Ever been in a thunderstorm? I love the sound of rain, with the lightning flashing above, with the grumbling and crack of thunder. It’s so far out to witness the power of nature.
The frogs are creatures that come out with rain fall. The drawing was done quickly and doesn’t need anything else. Simple can be good. I try to hold back sometimes. I have a tendency to go overboard, over-working a piece. Occasionally I push myself on to another piece. But then I worry that I am not considering the piece enough.
It’s only upon reflection that I can tell it was just the right amount of effort required to complete the aesthetic thought.
