I have been accused of making art that is simply Doodling. Even if it were true, does that make it any less valid as a form of art?
Perhaps when folks see a doodle, they imagine it is mindless and takes no discipline. I’m not sure. But I enjoy doing a maze like grouping of lines that please me to look at.
I’m not sure if this would qualify, but some might be haters. I invite criticism. It opens the door to debate, and if there is one thing I a good at… it’s talking about art.
I am faithfully devoted to critique. Artists need to be able to speak about their work, regardless of how well they know the art world. UNDERSTAND YOURSELF. What decisions were you making?
Explain what you could not before the work was completed. Then decide what was going on during the process of creation.
